Frequently asked questions
How many appointments does smile design take?
Usually 2–4 appointments over a total of 1–2 weeks. It takes longer if orthodontics or gum treatment is needed.
Does smile design damage the teeth?
Very little tooth material is removed for veneers and bonding, and in some cases none at all. When properly planned, it does not harm the tooth.
How long do the results last?
Porcelain veneers and zirconia restorations last 10–15 years or more with good care. The effect of whitening lasts 1–3 years.
Can I see the result beforehand?
Yes. With a digital design and an in-mouth mock-up you can try your new smile before any permanent work begins.
